On-Campus Lodging for the Holtan Reunion July 2-8, 2026: Information as of 6-12-26
Waldorf University has suite-style dormitory rooms in Breen Hall, just minutes from our reunion venue, with the bathroom in the suite, for $45/room/night, two twin beds, kitchenette downstairs and TV room on the first floor, but you must bring your own towels, sheets and pillows. The beds are extra long twins. Waldorf is making rooms available as early as Thursday, July 2 through Tuesday night, July 7.
Register with [email protected] for the reunion and if you’re sure about housing and the number of days, send a check or Venmo..
We will confirm that sign up at the registration desk for the reunion. We will have a reunion volunteer checking in the majority of lodgers,
We have several times for you to check in, but we hope you can come at these times- Please also be aware, we need you to pay for housing before you check in. Please be prepared with check, cash or Venmo, we don’t have credit card capability.

Saturday, at 5- 5:15 pm or 8- 8:15 pm, come directly to the East (main) door of Breen Hall, shown on the Waldorf map on 9th Street, just off West J Street, where the arrow points on the map. A volunteer will meet you there to give you a key and direct you to your room.
Sunday, at 1 pm. 2:30 pm, or 7 pm, you can meet at the registration table at the Waldorf University Atrium Foyer, shown on the Waldorf University map which we include in our mailing. A reunion volunteer will meet you there, give you your key, and take you to Breen Hall to show you to your residence hall room.

Breakfast is available in the Dining Service for $8. We will have another mailing to ask you to choose whether you will have breakfast there. Base Breakfast Menu: Scrambled Eggs or Omelettes, Breakfast Meats, Potato Variety, Pancakes, Waffles or French Toast, Biscuits and Gravy, Fruit, Pastries, Juices, Milk, Coffee, Soda
