Job description of the Advisory Committee: We are gathering a small group of Holtan relatives to help us organize a Holtan Reunion July 5-7, 2026. We invite you to join us on the Advisory Committee. We ask that you would:

- Help get the word out about the Holtan Reunion 2026 among your branch of the Holtans
- Strongly consider attending the reunion in July 2026
- Give feedback to the Steering Committee
- Join a quarterly Zoom call to learn more about the reunion and aid in the decision-making
- Consider other responsibilities in the planning and execution as you volunteer, as requested and certainly, as you choose.
Job Description of the Steering Committee:
- Plan to attend the reunion in July 2026
- Actively help plan the reunion by offering your suggestions and feedback.
- Meeting regularly (when possible) with other members of the steering committee, by digital messages, or Zoom call (at least monthly)
- Help get the word out about the Holtan Reunion 2026 among your branch of the Holtans
- Accept other responsibilities in the planning and execution of the reunion as you volunteer, as requested and certainly, as you choose.
